Great doctor and staff
Sagan is super nice and knowledgeable but product I purchased is not great! All that cash for hearing aid and they don’t offer odd sizes for better fit in ear!
This is an extraordinarily incompetent office staff. My daughter needed a single form signed by Dr. Courson for her pediatric audiology clinic to get hearing aids ordered. Between our lovely audiologist at Texas Hearing Institute and myself, we called 8 times regarding the form that was originally faxed on April 10. The THI audiologist sent the fax at least four different times and was told it was not received.
