THERAPY is supposed to be healing not stressful. Was charged more than once when it was NOT authorized. Once for cancelation 36 hours in advance..with NO discussion of a charge..was just now charged in February for a session last JUNE? What? Thats not even the same calendar year. Office staff VERY rude. Not a good experience.
Very efficient process for scheduling an appointment. Therapists are very professional.
I had a really great experience with this practice! The therapists are genuinely helpful and the staff is always professional and kind. Anyone complaining about billing clearly doesn’t understand how the process actually works, because everything was explained to me and handled the right way. I’d absolutely recommend this place.
Great team and resource for anyone and any age! Very flexible and available, depending on your needs and who you want to work with but overall I've had no issues getting in for myself and my son when needed. The ONLY reason I did not select 5 stars is because I personally need and want an active & visual scheduling system rather than bothering and going back and forth with email to schedule. They are very responsive in that way though so it's working just not my favorite and my life is chaotic so probably not as much of an i... read more
