February of 2025 my Wife and I had a devastating house fire. Our insurance company informed us that Enservio would reach out to us and start with the contents review. Two days after this happened, I received a Call from Gary Sephton. He took the time to explain what the process was going to be. I am in shock Just received a bill for $5486 for a total loss evaluation in which they charged us for “meals” $338.00 (one person), “travel” $465 , and “hotel” $182, “inventory creation” $2018 All ridiculous charges I was told by several insurance companies not to deal with Enservio but i did not comply Stay Far !!!
