I am in shock Just received a bill for $5486 for a total loss evaluation in which they charged us for “meals” $338.00 (one person), “travel” $465 , and “hotel” $182, “inventory creation” $2018 All ridiculous charges I was told by several insurance companies not to deal with Enservio but i did not comply Stay Far !!!
If your insurance company tells you that they have engaged Enservio to do a valuation and inventory, ask for a different company! Their website boasts that on average, claims with lines under 1000 are turned around in 3 business days. It took more than 2 weeks after assigned to have someone come out to our property. Ours was under 900 lines and took 16 business days for the inventory report and valuation. And with that, there were numerous errors and omissions.
