Insurance company hired them to do an inventory after a fire. Things were misidentified and they completely missed or avoided some rooms. We lost our son and pets so this was just adding insult to injury. Interesting that other reviews said they were in communication with them. They never contacted us.
Do not get insurance through them, they have actually no soul for people whose house just burnt down and lost their pets and everything they’ve had. A “total loss” deemed by the fire department and they are still questioning.
Hands-down, the most professional, courteous, and conscientious individual, I have worked with in the insurance space over the course of my life. Gary's attention to detail, as well as his understanding for my situation has been a blessing during this chaotic time in my life. Thanks again for all you've done Gary, I wouldn't be able to be here without your help.
February of 2025 my Wife and I had a devastating house fire. Our insurance company informed us that Enservio would reach out to us and start with the contents review. Two days after this happened, I received a Call from Gary Sephton. He took the time to explain what the process was going to be.
