This is a great location. It's within walking distance of many good locations. However, the beds are not very comfortable and the walls are very thin. If you're staying on the bottom floor it will probably be very noisy if someone is staying in the apartment above you.

Mediocre place. Tight parking. Noisy neighborhood. Beautiful beach. Lots of nearby restaurants & activities to do. Californians I notice don't like Arizonans?!? 🤔
