Ensemble health partners is unorganized and sometimes unpredictable. Every Friday they do try and do stuff for their employees but it still doesn’t equal the pay raise that is needed to survive with. The management needs more leadership courses and training.
Ensemble health partners is unorganized and sometimes unpredictable. Every Friday they do try and do stuff for their employees but it still doesn’t equal the pay raise that is needed to survive with. The management needs more leadership courses and training.
Horrible and unorganized. Leadership is unhelpful and not well versed in the subject matter and services supposedly provided. You receive very little training, but still are expected to meet ridiculous production goals. The work load does not match the pay rate, and the so called raises/bonuses are an insult. There are Revenue Cycle Service Providers who pay better and appreciate their employees employees, Ensemble should be your last resort.
