I’m not really sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I had a great experience with Kathy today. They are expensive though if you’re doing self pay but she also earned it getting out and helping to load/unload me. She was so nice and on time. Considering using again for surgery next week.

OMG STAY AWAY!!!!! Showed up an hour late wouldn’t tell me her name.luckily my doctor seen me anyway. Called at 3pm to let them Know I was ready for pick up was told someone would be there in a few minutes at 530. I called to check where my ride was was told. They would be there again in a few minutes. Driver got there and wheelchair ramp into the vehicle was not big enough for my wheelchair. The ladies that work there are amazing with the clients and making family members feel safe. My mother has a 530am pickup time and they are never late and are always theater with a smile. I could never ask for more with them Erica Stella has built a wonderful service. They even take private pay rides, wheelchair and stretcher clients.
