Experienced very poor and bad service with my Toyota. Not recommended to anyone… my vehicle was covered under extra care protection plan and still I was charged for maintenance. In addition, I was also charged for labour while I bring some concern ( covered under warranty)related to electronic components as I am sure that it wasn’t working properly. After a long wait of six hours they surprised me with a big invoice. Lastly the shuttle service provided was not really appreciated, they dropped off me but never picked me back ... read more
Always friendly and excellent service.
I was quated the price of block heater installation over the phone for approx $220 when I was shopping around for the price. And then when I called to book the appointment, I confirmed if the price was approx $220 and they said it sounds about right. So, I didn't bother asking for the price when I dropped off the Car. But when I went to pick up the car they charged me over $350. I had an estimate of $250 at another place but I couldn't do anything since they had already installed it.
Had to order a small scew on plastic button that enabled the rear passenger side seat to fold down. The people at the parts desk were very helpful and courteous. The part came from Vancouver in 2 days, so very quickly as I ordered at the end of day 1. The only issue was that the price of this tiny screw on plastic button piece was $9. I suppose a small price to pay for something to come by plane from Vancouver but I am thinking they could stock a few and have them there. The piece was worth maybe at most $2.
