I was doing a job in West covina (far away from my regular distributor), and I desperately needed an 18ch 12v power supply. (I would've even settled for the fuses to fix the customer's current PSU , but I could not find them anywhere!) HOWEVER I was able to call and set up an account with Shawn at ENS over the phone while driving to him from ONLY 20 minutes away.
