I filled out a ticket online on a Saturday when I needed tech-support. Not many distributors are open on Saturday's for support. I desperately needed to view my cameras for some playback. I have an old laptop so things weren't working so well. Thankfully the tech-support agent, Edgar, called within 15 minutes. He was able to help resolve all of my challenges in a timely manner. I was doing a job in West covina (far away from my regular distributor), and I desperately needed an 18ch 12v power supply. (I would've even settled for the fuses to fix the customer's current PSU , but I could not find them anywhere!)
