Was supposed to rototill the yard mix in compost and manure to revitalize the yard and add in 2 sprinkler heads on his recommendation. Tried to get away with Mowing the yard and throwing down the compost manure and seed. Called him on it and tried to tell me it's fine. The addition of the heads reduced pressure so much it left dry spots. He came back out . Had someone watch him aerate the yard. He left it unraked,uneven and still didn't address the sprinklers.
