If I could give a negative star, I would. Called and inquired more than 10x trying to get even a person on the phone for an appointment(only hope was because I love Dr Gurwitt) Still not even a breath of life for help. Nobody cares at this office. Should have known given his horrible bedside manner 16 years ago when he diagnosed my mother with terminal cancer.
The office is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a very pleasant staff ready to help and listen! I’ve been going to this clinic for some time now and I am always pleased with the care. I highly recommend!
Dr. Jacome‘s medical group services are great. He has helped me with balancing my hormones and also I have a routine of vitamin injections that I get including NAD which is very helpful.
The waiting time is horrible... they got a lot of patients and then they kick out all of men patients because they can wait outside....they don't know what to do when the clinic is totally full and they make you wait passing your appointment time almost for 40 min [ lady next to me ]. And then they call you to put you in another waiting room this time to see your doctor and wait another 20 min. It feels like punishment when you arrive 10 min. Before your appointment .... HORRIBLE!
