Dr Garcia is continuing to address multiple issues with my eyes which included surgery to repair a detached retins which has greatlyimproved my quality of life!
Dr. Garrcia is a very skilled doctor and has a wonderful warm and welcoming personality. He explained the procedure and put me at ease at once. I highly reommend him !
