Trying to get a hold of the Hagerstown office is a challenge. My insurance tries to get a hold of them to fax informationand the prompts they provide make it tough to know who you're reaching, Frederick or Hagerstown. I thought since other reviewers had rated this office highly that the care would show that, it has been anything but. It's been a year and I have tried 3 different medications and every time the medical provider struggles to reach them. Doctor Villanueva and Staff were very helpful and Kind. The Doctor explained every thing in detail and gave Me options on treatments. He is a caring and Intelligent Doctor ! I would reccomend Him and His Office to any one ! Thanks For being here for US .
I was prompted to give a 5 star review but truth be told I can't do that. And here's why. I've been there 2 times. The 1st time I went was because of the high rating they had. My first visit I was trying to understand how this place was rated so high. I saw one of the assistants up at the front desk talking about all her business and I just didn't find it very professional.
