They are not helpful or truthful. Would not recommend anyone doing business with this branch. Hopefully the other branch is better than this.
Wish I had never taken a loan out for a side by side with this bank. They are a nightmare to deal with. They have extremely shady loan practices and have tried every way possible to tack on more cost to my loan. I will be refinancing my loan asap.
be advised, they do not participate in 'shared branching' and why not? they couldn't answer that.
