The salon does not answer phone calls, do not return your voice mail. I went in person today to book an appt and I was told to call back and leave a voicemail. There were 2 clients in, the place was practically empty. I could have been booked that moment but was turned away instead. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I called to inquire about a deal i have seen on Groupon and the person i was talking to kept saying she will charge me additional $120 on top of the voucher. I have not purchased the voucher because i hoped to price match instead. She also said she will not price match and suggested i purchase from Groupon but she will charge me additional $120 in fees and that the tax will be on the price of voucher plus additonal 120, not the voucher value (i have not asked for anything additional other than agreeing to pay for hair toner ... read more

Natali is a phenomenal hair dresser. She was able to fix my hair after my former hair dresser couldn't at the time. She has a flair for hair and has a magic touch. I love to get my hair blown out by her as well. She definitely knows how to deal with the texture of my hair which is a big plus for me. And her pricing is very reasonable for what I do. I highly recommend her and this salon in the area!
