i would NOT recommend anyone else to purchase an Enphase system. I wish i had saved my money and gone with a cheaper brand like a Sugrow. The reasons for this are: - The gateway reporting system goes offline and almost on a weekly basis i have to repower the gateway module to get it reporting again. - The data on the reporting is not always correct. I've had to contact Enphase support multiple times to get it sorted. - Comparing my system with friend's system, their out performs and they have cheaper systems in Sungrow. - I ... read more
We have an Enphase battery setup and are very pleased with it. Works well and tech support is easily accessible. Combined with our excellent grid power provider we are saving a kot of $$$ on electricity bills.
Dealing with Enphase is very professional. I have solar panels with Enphase Microinverters. Trying to get the installer on the phone is always a drama (as with many businesses these days) so I contacted Enphase support direct. The phone was answered virtually immediately and the issue was solved over the phone which involved a zoom type connection to look at my installation and to give the correct advice. The technician was friendly and went over and above to ensure that I could understand what I needed to do on-site.
Emin really had his work cut out for out on our work. He installed 6 data points, 3 new plug points and rewired the entire switch board on a battery backed home. The work he did was exceptional, tidy and well labeled. He walked me through all of the work completed in the evening despite having an urgent appointment at home. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work you need doing, we are even getting additional work completed following his recommendation.
