Excellent and well worth the trip to Staten Island. We also enjoyed the beautiful ferry ride at sunset. The food was excellent and so was the service
great food , unique menu items, great service. Don't let the ferry ride scare you from going- it's a 5 minute walk once you get off the ferry.
Some of the best Italian food I've ever had. Nonna Adelina's torta rustica, polpette ripiene, rigatoni, and sea bass were all simply divine. All four in our party raved.
We were there tonight for my birthday and the food was outstanding. The owner Joe and the girls make you feel like you came to their house to eat. I cannot say enough great things about it, made my birthday!! Thank you Joe, you will see Anthony and I again xoxo �
This little slice of heaven of a restaurant is a must do. The night we went, a Sri Lankan Nona was in the kitchen and serving up food to die for. I had beef croquettes, Sri Lankan style which were incredible. For dinner I had a de-boned breast of chicken, stuffed with ham, olives, and raisins with lemon and orange zest. Indescribably delicious. My wife had a lentil " stew" with sweet and hot Italian sausage. The sausage melted in my mouth. I never has sausage that tender.
