The owner was not very friendly when we came in to make an inquiry. Our questions were not really answered, which made the experience uncomfortable. As paying customers, we expected better customer service.

I arrived 10 minutes before the official opening time (8am - super convenient!) and this was not a problem at all. Beautiful flowers and gifts for my daughter’s teacher all wrapped and ready before school started. Lovely, helpful service. Highly recommended.
