We worked as a subcontractor for Enoch painting at ***** ****** ******** ******. The owners are very happy with our work, but Enoch refuses to pay for the work. We have been promised many times that the check will be written by the end of the week. but it never happens. It is now over 1 year old. **** ********* ********* *** ***** ****** ****
