Connie is a great manager but the owners don’t care about the people and that’s scary. Supposed to be a senior citizen apartments, but when do the service and make sure we have we need rent goes up every year for what often do they paint the apartment? What do something in the apartments for the people who live there we have to do it all ourselves and we sing you Citizen? Nothing we can’t do nothing.. but when you raise the rent, you need to add something to the parking in the rent too.
Connie is a true gem! The care and love she gives to the property and residents is priceless! This property, location, and value can’t be beat!!’
Use to live there. Management was bad. Alot of "perks" have disappeared. Questionable residents. Wouldn't live there again.
