They lure you in with a great deal and a smooth entrance process or so you think. Once moved in, your nightmare will begin. Nobody at the location to help, all done virtually and you have to wait to get a person on the phone. No emergency person on the weekends. Your rate will increase with 2 weeks notice. If you move in during the middle of the month, you pay for a prorated month (expected) but if you move out in the middle of the month, too bad, no prorated prices there. I have had the same unit for 4 years now. Only had one issue where the lock came up missing but they notified me and I was able to secure it quickly and nothing was missing. I have spiders living in there, but 4 years, it's expected.
Clean, Gated, storage facility with good security. And special thanks to Zarabeth. She went out of her way to make everything go smoothly. I would recommend using this facility for all of your storage needs. Thanks again!
