Went here for years with all of my children- all smiles and never a bad experience until lately. Policy changes regarding vaccinations and religious exemptions don’t matter to the care providers- and was ultimately turned away. All children deserve care regardless of immunization status, bias has no place in the pediatric field.

We LOVE DR. MCKENZIE & STAFF!! My daughter has been coming here for about 10 years. Recently, the practice Sold, and Dr. McKenzie has really impressed our entire family. The staff and communication, has been nothing but outstanding! Dr. McKenzie is beyond thorough, and takes her time to seek answers for her patients. She has gone further into deep testing for my daughter, to reassure her issues. Doing this, has allowed my daughter to finally get answers that she’s been dealing with since an infant. My daughter was recently diagnosed with a very rare genetic disease called Cerebrotendious Xanthomatosis. Getting her diagnosis was a 5 year journey, and Jamie Rowland was with us every step of the way. She listened to all of my concerns about my daughter’s symptoms and referred us to many different specialists. We’d get one normal test result back from a specialist and Jamie would send the next referral. She never brushed me off, nor invalidated my concerns. This place is Aweful ! We had an appointment with my grand baby an for his ears and they said nothing was wrong, 3 hours later he's screening in pain and hold his ear , so we call back and they said they can make an appointment for tomorrow and this is at 3:30 pm when we call they close later and they hear the child screaming in pain . So that tells me all they want is the $$$$, and don't flat give a rats A$$ about the pour child screaming in the background. If I was you stay clear of this non caring money pit ..:.
