Spoke with Sharon and told her what we were looking for. She listened and asked questions. Then told me she'd call back the next day. Sharon was true to her word. The quote was more than what we expected. We've decided to try to do it on our own. But Ennis was the only staging firm we talked with that was willing to bill the escrow company so that cost would be part of closing costs. If we decided to use a staging firm it will be Ennis.
