I highly recommend Ennis Ford. Brian was awesome. I walked in and knew what I wanted. I told him what I had found online. He brought the car around and allowed us to test drive it. We told him the price we were looking at paying and he made it happen. The whole process took 2 hours from the moment we parked and left the the keys in hand. Bought my F250 King Ranch from here back in October 2025. I've had an awesome experience with both sales and service. Everyone is laid back and easy to work with. I had to take my truck in for an issue with the windows and a recall. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. This will definitely be my go to dealership from now on.
Absolutely horrendous place to deal with, as a credit challenged individual I totally understand we take more time to work with. But to push us off like we are dirt is awful to not give us the attention we deserve and have us wait 11 hours to hear anything back when you state it takes 5 minuets is a joke.
