Dr. Sackey was very polite, professional, and courteous. Had 0 issues with him. However, the nurse with the spikes on her crocks was very passive agressive, and had a nice demeanor to cover her rudeness. She berated my wife for asking a simple question, like my wife had completely cussed her out, and used discriminatory verbiage based on our choices and beliefs. If not for Dr. Sackeys upstanding professionalism, and absolute care for my child, I would have walked out of the clinic right then and there.
They always get our girls in when they need to be seen and are incredibly thorough! The Drs and staff are so sweet with the littles as well
Staff was very kind, polite, and courteous. We did not wait long to be pulled back into a room, but we did wait awhile for the provider to come in. With that being said, Dr. Sakey is a fantastic provider! He was worth the wait because of the time he spends with you and your child. He greeted my son (16 months) and explained what he would be doing and with what- showing him the stethoscope and telling him he was going to listen to his heart, telling him how he was going to check his ears, and throat.
