Was told not necessary to bring a driver had my eyes dilated and then told okay we will see you at next appointment no offer of anything to help with the mid-day sun do I had to sit in my vehicle for hours in the heat until I was sorta able to navigate

My experience was terrible and the gal had a bad attitude. I scheduled a eye exam and had an issue with my left eye. They did a quick check and then wanted me to reschedule for a eye exam. I was like this is why I’m here, they could have fit me in with in a few hours. I said no. My time is very important to me and I never do reviews and I would go somewhere else. Plus they were 30 minutes late getting me in. I would pass on this place. Now after looking at there reviews I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Tony
I was referred here by my primary optometrist because the treatment we have been doing for 3 years is not working. When I went for my appointment the doctor treated me like a child and all but called me a liar because he didn't believe what I told him another doctor told me. I received no new information or help and he wanted to continue my treatment I've been on for 3 years that isn't working. I will never come back here and can't wait for my appointment at Dr. Lasiter's office next week.
both doctors told me that you can't have a partial muscle impingement from a broken occipital bed fracture which is completely untrue after months of pain and a waste of time and money I found out differently when I called the wo.an who answered didn't even care
