I've been under the care of Dr. Johnson and Dr. Scarborough. Both are thorough and caring individuals. I fully appreciate the great care I have received here and all Enloe clinics and hospital.
Again, I had a phone appointment today at 3:45, I even called at 3:47 to make sure he wasn’t gonna forget and here it is 5:05 and no phone call!! This place does not care about your time, your pain or you in general!! Really disappointed to know that someone who is my doctor with a very delicate situation im dealing with not follow through!! I don’t know what to say yall.. I won’t say which doctor because I feel to do that is wrong but this isn’t my first issue with this place!!
I have waited over an hour in a cold room. Office manager offers to reschedule if I can’t wait. Says it takes this long to do paperwork.
So, I had a urolift surgery here, after healing I felt fine for about 5 months. Soon after about the 5 ish month mark I started having to pee very frequently again sometimes five or six times while trying to take a nap for an hour in the middle of the day it’s not just at night. Doesn't seem to understand how to do pre-authorization for lab work when the lab is *in network*. Sure, I'm responsible for final charges, but they need to spend the 5 minutes needed to get pre-auth, as someone from the lab told me. Ended up filing a grievance with my insurer because Enloe Urology refuses to do what's contractually obligated to do as an in-network provider for my insurance.
