Sexist incompetents. My wife called to get a quote for gutters. The man, Larry, came and did all the measurements. When he was done, she asked for the quote and he said "I can only give you the quote if your husband is here. If you are married , he has to make the decision". Not believing what she thought she heard, she asked "Really? You don't deal with women?". He said "No. It has to be your husband". She said "You just lost any chance of doing business here. Please Leave Now!" We are considering legal action.
It’s been well over a year since we had our windows and siding installed. I found myself in a pinch a week or so ago and needed to get my hands on the final paperwork and couldn’t find it anywhere. Al Hadden jumped right on it. He found everything I needed and emailed it to me within a matter of minutes!!! Exceptional customer service... and I made a new friend to boot!
Purchased gutters 6 weeks ago and still haven’t heard from the about scheduling install. I was told 2-3 weeks when I purchased. I am sure it was because i told them their competitor gave me a 4 week time. They BS you to get your money.
Enloe residential installed our energy efficient windows throughout our home about a year ago. They were very professional and very reasonably priced.
I received a great product with very little hassle. They had a variety of options and colors and came to my house to show me them. They didn't pressure me to buy the most expensive product and when the job was finished they cleaned up their mess.
Our first project about 11 years ago were gutters, still doing fine no leaks. Next had windows replaced in breakfast nook and dining room. The have blocked the heat from these southern windows (GA). And we can now watch our bird feeders year round. Next we did the rest of the house new windows, saw our electric bill drop. After about 10 years in the house it was built 2005, we noticed the board around the bottom were dissolving (sprinkler system?) Enloe cover them with aluminum, they look great and problem solved. The Red Tin Roof turn out awesome and the Black Gutters really added a great look. A little Georgia Colors for the neighborhood. Thanks to Enloe Residential for a super quality job.
Last year I purchased windows from Enloe. The low price is what drew me in but just let me add, the men that installed my windows were very courteous, they worked fast and they cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them for your home improvement needs.
Our experience was smooth and quick! We had 26 windows replaced and vinyl siding installed all in a very few short days. The staff is excellent and the crew was great! 5 stars!
