I have had some good experiences there in the past but today I met with Morgan Oyola and she was running behind by half an hour. She rushed the appointment and was very matter of fact and dismissive. I felt demeaned and that I waisted my time. Not a good feeling when you’re having genuine medical issues. So sorry for the experience.
Far too frequently, our reviews of businesses find us in our feelings, or showing displeasure. However, I write this with the deepest gratitude and admiration for the staff, doctors and team. Dr. Donner is exceptional, empathetic and intuitive in his approach to ensuring my wholeness. Came here because I was looking for a new primary care doctor. First appointment was great. Enjoyed the doctor and his medical assistant.
Ignore the 1-star reviews; sounds like those folks were just having a bad day. I've been coming to Enloe Primary for the past 3 years or so and I've only had great experiences so far. The office staff are always professional and helpful and the providers are thorough and compassionate. Appointments are usually available within a week or two from the day I call.
