I had a question about my billing statement. Tatiana helped me with a very professional and quick response. I was worried at first, but I’m glad she rectified the issue without any hesitation.
EVERY TIME I call the billing department, the automated voice says they are experiencing "higher than normal call volume," please leave a message. First, if it is constant, that is the normal call volume, and management needs to reevaluate staffing. Second, sometimes you are lucky, and someone calls you back, but it is hit and miss.
