I am very disappointed and frustrated with the office in Vacaville that handles Enloe's extended payment plans. That office never answers the phone, they never bother to respond to voicemails, and they never send my statements despite requests being made. This office called me twice and on both occasions they hung up right after I said "Hello." I have been back and forth with my insurance company and Enloe, attempting to sort out a bill, and every time I have had to call this office the person on the other end comes across very calous like they are being bothered by being asked to do what they are there for. Today was no different. I shouldn't feel like an inconvenience because I dont have a medical coding background.
