How one review differs from the other, how one person blasts this place, and how another found it to be an efficient place, with staff well mannered and with kind demeanor. When someone arrives at an Emergency Room is because mostly for serious reasons, and probably the last place one thought they wanted to be. Enloe hospital is a new hospital now I had the best experience with everybody . Enloe has come a long ways, customer service was excellent.
I've unfortunately visited a few family members in this facility and some of them have died there which in itself has helped me to loathe this place, however this review is not about that. It is about the level of care and information that is given. My mother recently got into a car accident and was transported via ambulance to Enloe. They did full body x-rays and determined that my mom had a broken ankle. She had fractured it before so of course same one, breaks again. Save yourself the trouble and go to a more competent emergency room/hospital. Talked to a doctor for maybe 30 seconds telling me my labs, ekg, and xray looked great and then promptly left. Asked the nurse about it and none of my labs or imaging had even come back yet! Got discharged without any explanation shortly after. I think I’ll take the risk and drive down to Sutter in Sac next time.
I stayed there from the 12 thru the 14th of March 2025 in the 1st floor. I was sharing room with another pacient. I usually never stay at hospitals because I am a healthy pearson, rare for my age though. the nurses I got on that floor were AMAZING! I felt really taken care of and felt a lot of sympathy! my neighbor, even though, she was really sick, keep calling for her nurse and they would answer the call very soon.
