Hello, I was sent here by Dr. Scott Schneider after I suffered from Lymphedema for over a year. The lady that I saw, her name is Karen, was very helpful and assisted me with getting wraps, straps, and leggings to help my body release the clogged Lymph juices in both of my upper thighs. I saw her for a total of 3 times and was dropped because of a lack of communication between her and Dr. Schneider, even though they work in the same building. This clinic was a godsend to me after breast cancer surgery took my lymph nodes. They trained me on self care very extensively. When lymphedema reared its head two years later they retrained me, did massage for months and set me up with free sleeves and pump covered by Medicare. Chico and Butte County are lucky to have this clinic.

The front desk/receptionist woman was disrespectful and rude. Her manners and tone are not friendly or hospitable. The last thing a patient wants to hear is an unprovoked attitude and receive disrespectful behavior. Please do better.
