Took my 15 yr old son to ER and the staff was great. From the check in to discharge. Doctor, Nurses and staff were caring and attentive. I am so grateful.

This has to be one of the worst emergency rooms I’ve ever been placed to. For 1, I have a was diagnosed with MS in 2010. I never overtake medication. I don’t even trust all the medication that is being prescribed these days. The ones that actually work (when needed) it’s like pulling teeth. I can’t even tell you how many condescending remarks I received from the “nurse,doctor, staff’ - evidently the doctor doesn’t know what he is doing. And with that explains the staff. I just dont understand why the hospital made my 94 year old dad who has heart issues, thyroid problems, and now has Temporal Arterities wait 3 hours to get a room. We came here to get blood work because the ridge eye institute on skyway in paradise failed to submit an order for blood work.
It was very busy they got us in to see a Dr. in a timely manner
