I just moved to Chico, and I would have to say that the medical services situation started great but has turned bad. The staff here, from whoever answers the phone to the NP, are probably some of the worst I've dealt with in my entire life. I have asked basic questions, and I never get them answered or even a follow-up. Far from great personnel, care, and one of the worst experiences so far.
