All staff were caring and joyful. They explained the procedure every step of the way. They called the next day to check on me. I was in and out in under 3 hours. A sense of humor goes a long way especially when one is anxious or nervous. Thank you for all your wonderful work!
Horrible communication, cancellation of my appointment without reason or explanation. Gave me the runaround I even talked to somebody who claimed to be the head nurse or manager who said she was going to give me a call that same day after speaking to the doctor who was supposed to see me and she never did. I've left countless voicemails and nobody got back to me. They kept passing me off or ignoring my calls completely.
