The automated phone is terrible. No receptionist no help. Left a message with the PA no call back nothing. I could go on…
I have been a patient for many years. I had a procedure scheduled and their packet of information said they have a policy that you have to give 14 days' notice to cancel. There is no way I can agree to that, and I'm sure many other people would feel the same. Life happens. I called to cancel the procedure and was asked why. I explained "Because of the 14-day policy." I have been trying to get a medication refilled but keep getting the automated declination message. Even after calling and requesting an explanation, all I get is the automated declination.
