Horrible customer service over the phone! Cassandra is rude and not helpful, she kept telling me when I was there last...and they have a lot of patients...ok, isnt that your job to have patients and keep records....and she actually shamed me over the phone. This is an overdue shout out to Natasha Adams for the excellent quality of care she provided in June. After years of suffering digestive issues, I was diagnosed with SIBO and prescribed the standard antibiotics. I became very sick the first night I took them, ended up in the ER and in the hospital for six weeks. I have been a patient for many years. I had a procedure scheduled and their packet of information said they have a policy that you have to give 14 days' notice to cancel. There is no way I can agree to that, and I'm sure many other people would feel the same. Life happens. I called to cancel the procedure and was asked why. I explained "Because of the 14-day policy." I have been trying to get a medication refilled but keep getting the automated declination message. Even after calling and requesting an explanation, all I get is the automated declination. I finally went into the office to speak with someone and while the front desk person was very sympathetic to my case, best she could do is send a note to the doctor’s assistant.
