Enloe Digestive has horrible patient service. They originally prescribed me a recurring 90-day prescription of Cholestyramine 4-gram packet for chronic bile acid diarrhea after I had my gall bladder removed. I have been taking this medication since 2022 with no issues and with multiple prescription renewals from the doctor and now they are not renewing the prescription because I haven't been seen in the office since it was prescribed. Beyond disappointed in this clinic, if you can choose another facility!! For years they have brushed me off and have been giving me the same "diet" plans over and over as treatment despite telling them that they do not deliver relief of any kind or make things worse. They gave up on my treatment saying there was not much more they could do besides what i was already doing and started suggesting surgerys for fixes that i did not need/would cause increased/worsened symptoms. Horrible customer service over the phone! Cassandra is rude and not helpful, she kept telling me when I was there last...and they have a lot of patients...ok, isnt that your job to have patients and keep records....and she actually shamed me over the phone. I had to ask for her name repeatedly and she kept ignoring me, until I demanded her name. I do not and did not know the process for getting results after a scan and no one called me for a follow-up. This is an overdue shout out to Natasha Adams for the excellent quality of care she provided in June. After years of suffering digestive issues, I was diagnosed with SIBO and prescribed the standard antibiotics. I became very sick the first night I took them, ended up in the ER and in the hospital for six weeks.
