Dr. Viji at Enliven is an exceptional psychiatric nurse practitioner! She was incredibly patient and took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns. She answered everything thoroughly and provided valuable suggestions and feedback that truly made a difference. I felt heard and supported throughout my visit. Highly recommend her for anyone seeking compassionate and professional care!
I am so happy that I found Enliven and Viji Kurmaraguru. Viji is very easy to talk to, very compassionate and listens to what I have to say about how my body reacts to medications. She is great at working with me instead of telling me what we will do. They do have some kinks to work out with the communication in their office but that is a minor inconvenience compared to the level of service I receive from Viji. Highly recommend.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It took me forever to get a hold of someone to make the initial appointment. Then they said they would send me the paperwork to fill out before my appointment. When I didn't receive it I called to inquire about it. They then said they were going to cancel my appointment because I didn't get it. When I tried to call them to not cancel my appointment, they blocked me. Joke of a place.
