We used Wynn for our home inspection in 2020 to purchase our first home. He clearly saw that we were young and took advantage of that. There were countless things that were missed on our inspection. Just a few of them being : 1. Mice in the house 2. faulty electrical wiring that will cost $9,000 to rewire the house 3. Kitchen appliances that didn’t work 4. Wynn did a great job!! He was able to get out to the house quickly, and provided a thorough inspection report the same day. Great price too! Overall very pleased with his work and would highly recommend!!

We used Wynn Henry for our home inspection. It was clear he did not throughly look at our home. For starters, he sent us parts of an inaccurate report, stating 'he mixed up parts of our report with another house inspection' - oh great... we thought no big deal but now that we are living in the home we have come across MULTIPLE issues that were never documented on the report. Wynn is very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspections. I arrived on time, and he was there before me. He explains things very well and gives very practical details about what may be going on in a house, how things can be fixed if they need it, and how big a deal things may or may not be. Exactly what you want when getting a home inspected for any reason. Can’t recommend this business highly enough.
