I got one of the skin and hair packages. I got highlights, a cut, shampoo and style. The shampoo chair and bowl was the most comfortable one I've ever sat in. There's a place for your head and neck to rest so you're not falling into the shampoo bowl. I love how my hair turned out! Jenna listens to what you like and talks to you about options.
