Hair wasn't cut short enough. Perm lasted about 4 to 6 weeks. $95 is a lot to pay for a perm that lasts only that long. My perms from other salon in past lasted 3 to 4 months. Not pjeased.
They are closed/under construction
When I moved here a local place destroyed my hair. Then I found Claire by chance. She was so kind & understanding I gave her a chance. Claire saved my hair & I'll never go anywhere else!
