Very uncomfortable experience. I felt invalidated and ignored
Dr. Patel is caring and kind. He has really helped me. The staff that handles appointments and accounts are friendly and efficient. I like that I have the choice to be in person or virtual for appointments. I am very happy with everything and I’m so glad I found them because I’m doing so much better than I was before.
I brought a family member to see Dr. Patel and he was able to take good care of us. We have had timely appointments, proper meds, and good communication. Dr. Patel has been nothing but professional and when it comes to prescribing the meds, he was very cautious regarding how to proceed, which I appreciate. We don't do counseling here, we get proper management of a condition with meds and do counseling with other mental health professionals.
Dr Patel is very kind and knowledgeable. If you have questions about medications he is your guy! Highly recommend this practice to anyone
Horrible medical care! I visited Dr.Patel a few months and he prescribed meds I never picked because it was costly. For the new year I asked that he switch my meds to something more affordable since I needed it. It took 4 business days for his assistant to get back with me and I was told I was dropped as a patient. I am also in the medical field and I would NEVER treat my patients this way! I DONT ADVISE TO SEE!!!!
