I was a nervous wreck when I noticed my assignment check had not gone through. I called and spoke to Sandy . Explained my I had sent the check two weeks ago and either stolen or lost in the mail. He advised me what to do. Was very polite and put my mind at ease. Thank you Sandy.
After Enlan charged my HOA account erroneously, i canceled ACH. I tried unsuccessful to pay with a e-check on the Enlan website. Citizens Bank sends a response to contact the HOA. I asked Sandy Albecker, the unprofessional president of Enlan to fix the issue. He responds unprofessionally with disrespectful responses i.e he’s not going to fix my messes. It’s interesting how people either love or hate Enlan Management. You can’t adequately judge a business based on good experiences alone, it’s how problems are handled that really matters. Clearly, Sandy Albecker and his incompetent staff fumble every problem they face. They should be embarrassed and ashamed.
I lived in an Enlan-managed vintage building with 29 units for 5 years, and it was always a pleasure to work with Sandy and his team. Enlan always found solutions for the unique problems that older buildings face, and they were in constant contact with the HOA and the building's custodian. When it's time for me to buy again, I hope to find a building that Enlan manages!
Our 12-unit condo association hired Enlan as our property management company in late spring of 2023. In our association's search for the a company, we found that many were not as "hands-on" as we wanted, and some services were over and above the monthly management fee. We appreciated Enlan's quick response to our query with a detailed proposal that covered the services we sought, including participation at board/annual meetings, at a reasonable price.
