Because of Gracie, we had the best anniversary ever. From the beginning of the call she was the definition of “fantastic customer service”.She was very patient and didn’t make us feel unwelcome, she went above and beyond to cater to our needs and then to top it off when we came in another lady welcomed us and made us feel very warm inside. The staff was so helpful, kind, and extremely patient with younger kids. They went the extra mile with our daughters birthday party and all kids & adults left having a great experience!
