Mental health is real!! Trauma and its aftermath does not discriminate against anyone which is why it is so sad that this place does not take people seriously. This is a business, sure. But it is also suppose to be a place of healing for many who seek help. They need to be out of business! ASAP Terribly unprofessional. To those seeking help, keep searching. Manejan casos de enfermedades demasiado sensibles para su incompetencia. Si puedes mejor busca otro lugar. Do not recommend at all. Leo is thrash he doesn't care or wants to work with his patients he just cares about getting paid. Staff is okay. Case worker Jennifer Orellana I love her and I hate to go because she's awesome but I can not keep dealing with Leo and leaving me with no medication when I'm going through depression and need and increase of it as well.
They just want to be up in your business they have no sympathy for their mental health patients. They only want for their benefit that I what I think now. They only choose who they want to help. I'm suffering from mental health they are inhumane and evil corporation..They seem to like to play games. They refused to sign importants documents without telling me the consequences first for not coming to an appointment that could have been addressed as well if there was more communication. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My case worker Veronica is outstanding she really cares for her clients and is understanding as I am someone with mental health issues. I really appreciate the care and advice that Veronica provides. I would recommend this location to those who need mental health services.
