What kind of delivery service schedules a day and time and then cancels 2 hours before scheduled delivery? Now what? Take more time off work and wait for someone who isn't coming. No, I am stuck starting over and hoping that someday I will be refunded.
If i could give an accurate star rating, Enjoy Technology would be in the negatives. This is the worst possible technical assistance you could ever use. The simple task of importing data from an old MacBook Air to our newly purchased MacBook Air, wasted over 4 business hours. An Enjoy Technology delivery salesman made 5 charges without my knowledge or authorization which resulted in my credit card needing to be shut down and my Apply ID changed.
A terrible experience!! They agent lied and made fraudulent charges while activating my phone. DO NOT LET AN AGENT OF ENJOY TECHNOLOGY INC ACTIVATE YOUR PHONE‼️
