update in response to the company’s reply: We were told this is the company that handles aspire at redwood. We once again sat waiting today to be told that issues in a unit took too long and they have left for the day. This company is apparently who is responsible for the mess of an HVAC system in my apartment complex. No airflow to our master bedroom. Very happy with Enix Mechanical services and highly recommend. I returned from Holiday travel to no heat, cold air blowing out of furnace-cold day in Las Vegas and freezing in my home. Nervous as my systems are very old, 17 years! Called Enix on January 2nd "New years observance day". Enix, customer service Monica contacted me back within seconds of my message.
