I have had second and third opinions from some of the best neurology specialists in the country and independently they knew of Dr. Nagy-Wilde and respected her completely. I even had a nationally recognized neurosurgeon tell me to always do what she suggests and I will receive the best epilepsy care possible in the U.S.! Dr. Nagy-Wilde is an incredibly talented neurologist. It is because of her that my son is doing very well and has an active life. She cares about her patients, shares information with patience and kindness, and provides a level of care I had hoped for but did not think was possible. I am so thankful to her and her team at Sutter.

We called to get the appointment time and even though I am on the account to get access to my sons account they would not give me the appointment time. We showed up at 730am (an hour drive for us) and the appointment wasn't until 10 am. I asked to be added to the chart so I could have access and they told me I was already on the account. We came back at 10 am and were put into a room where we waited an additional 45 minutes to be seen. Very disappointed. This reflects on the front desk staff and not Dr Wilde.
