I got my nose pierced there in November of last year and it was a great experience. My piercer (James I think his was his name) was super friendly, he walked me through the whole process and made it nearly painless. My only complaint was that the piercing was a little more pricey than I thought it would be.
I could not be more pleased with this place. I have never had or wanted a tattoo before in my life. However, I had an amazing experience in which I was able to meet my childhood role model, Michael Flatley, The Lord of the Dance. I asked him to sign my leg for good luck in my own Irish dancing. As soon as it happened, I knew I needed a tattoo. Got my nose pierced today and James the piercer was very sweet and easy going. He walked me through every step (even though I've done this several times before) he made it a quick almost pain free experience. I'd definitely come back to him for my piercing needs.
My friend and I went and had to lie to them to get out. They pressured us so much and basically wanted to charge us for a quick sketch. They aren't worried about the customers, just the money spent. I'd rather go across the street to Lucky 13 where they'd take care of the ink that's going into my skin forever instead of avoiding what I actually want. Plus the sketch was bad, how do I know it wouldn't suck on my skin. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I just recently decided that I wanted to get my belly button pierced! After going to 2 different shops and chickening out, I walked in to Enigma and automatically felt welcomed and trusted my piercer. He knew exactly what he was talking about and answered every question I had! I recommend him and this shop for any piercing! He was so sweet and it didn't hurt at all! I'm VERY happy with the outcome! :)
I got my nose pierced by Huey about a month ago. I was really impressed with his professionalism and he did a great job! The diamond fell out of my stud yesterday and he swapped out my ring today with a new one at no charge. I absolutely recommend this place for piercings.
