I was in the studio today and experienced the WORST customer service from a tattoo artist named Beth. I was inquiring about plastic jewelry and Beth snapped back that she was not a piercer so she couldn't answer our question. When asked if she could ask the piercer, she got a terrible attitude and called me impatient and told me I could take my business elsewhere. So I did. I went to River City Tattoo on N. Boulevard and they were amazing! Don't waste your time or money here. Especially not with Beth.
Thank you Beth for an awesome tattoo and a great experience yesterday. You have a customer for life.

Great service. Went and got my diath pierced. James was very nice and explained what I needed to do to take care of my piercing.
