i have had no problems with the great dental work they have provided me, but here recently their billing came back later and charged me for what the insurance did not pay. i understand that, but added more to it because the said the underestimated what they quoted me and added that in also. i dont think its right they can come back and say they want more. if i pay 10000 for a car dont come back a few weeks later and say i want 11000.
The staff was very friendly. They answered any questions i had and explained everything they were doing.
