I love The Lexi, even before I became a new board member. Our new management staff is excellent and the building has beautiful water views on both sides. The board actually lowered Condo dues last year which is rarely heard of and all construction repairs have been completed. The size of the condos are unprecedented in this area. I encourage anyone to come by and visit if you are looking for a new dream condo with great water views.
